Horrible experience. They messed up the death certificate causing delays, twice called.me because they couldn't remember which urns we had chosen. They didn't call me when my loved one was ready to to be picked up, I had to call them. Also told me the headstone would be in in mid November. It is now January. I've called 3 times to check on the status and am told they will call me back. They never do. Customer service is atrocious at best, and i dont feel like they really care at all. aall.all.Horriblecustomeservice and I feel like they really

Highly recommend choosing this funeral home. Loosing my mom has been one of the darkest events in my life and they have such a supportive and friendly yet professional staff to help at every step of the process. They are willing to work with you on the costs associated with the process , so you can freely choose what services you want or need , instead of what services you can afford. I am very grateful for everything they have done to help me during this difficult time.

Keith, I can’t say enough for what you and your staff has done for me, to help me get my husbands ashes back to Alaska. Worked with Keith from Blanchard Funeral home to coordinate transferring a gentleman from Alaska back to his birth place in Pennsylvania for his burial.
